Frequently asked questions

Pick a product in the shop, choose its size and colors, and add it to your cart. The cart asks for your ZIP to calculate shipping, then you place your order. There are no accounts: your order lives behind the private link in your emails.

Whichever way the checkout offers: by card as you place your order, or by Venmo, Cash App, Zelle or PayPal after you place it, as your order page and email show. We start on your order once your payment reaches us.

Most prints are made after you order them. Each product page says how many days it takes to be ready to ship; delivery time comes on top of that. Goods we keep in stock go out from stock.

On products that offer it, yes: tap Customize on the product page and pick a color for each part. A few finishes cost a little more, and the page shows how much before you add it to your cart.

Very close. The photos show a sample; yours is printed from the same file in the colors you chose. Fine layer lines, print texture and small color differences between batches of filament are normal for 3D printing.

Use Where is my order?, at the bottom of every shop page (https://shop.atomikmenace.com/where-is-my-order): type your order number and the email you ordered with, and we send the link again.

Within the United States, by USPS. We do not ship abroad yet.

It is worked out from the packed weight of your order and the distance from the shop that makes it. You see the exact amount in the cart before you pay.

We print in Atwood, Tennessee and Las Vegas, Nevada. The cart picks the shop that can make your whole order and get it to you soonest.

When it ships you get an email with the tracking number and a link to your order page, and another when USPS says it has been delivered.

Email a photo to shop@atomikmenace.com within 14 days of delivery, and we will reprint it or refund it, your choice. You do not need to send the broken one back.

These are made-to-order prints, so we do not take returns for a change of mind. What we do stand behind is the print itself. The details are on the shop's Shipping and returns page, https://shop.atomikmenace.com/shipping-and-returns.

Probably. Tell us about it with Ask us, in the menu at the top. A request is a question, not an order: if we can make it we send you a quote, and nothing is owed until you accept it and pay.

That is the work of our partner, J7 Creations: brackets, housings, repairs and anything else that needs engineering. Ask us anyway and we will pass it on to them.

For some designs, yes: a file is a download of the 3MF and STL, under the license shown on its product page. We sell files only for designs we own outright. A download link works for 30 days and five downloads; if yours runs out, email us and we send a new one.
